All orders are paid to the courier upon arrival — in US dollars or Lebanese pounds (at the day's rate). No card details are ever required.

Exchanges & returns
Can I exchange a piece?
Yes. We offer a free 3-day exchange from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags attached.
What about intimate items?
For hygiene reasons, briefs, thongs, and swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned once opened. All other intimates can be exchanged within 3 days.
How do I arrange an exchange?
Simply message us on WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order. Our team will arrange a pickup and send you a replacement as soon as possible.
